Glimpse is a technological platform provided by App Gangsta. We act solely as an intermediary connecting Viewers and Broadcasters. We do not provide, own, or control the live streams, nor do we employ Broadcasters.
All transactions utilize "Glimpse Credits" (1 Credit = $1.00 USD). Credits are non-refundable once a stream has been accessed. Technical failures resulting in a total loss of visibility will be reviewed for credit reimbursement.
Reliability is the foundation of Glimpse. Broadcasters who cancel a scheduled slot with 1 or more confirmed bookings will be charged a $2.00 Administrative Recovery Fee, deducted from their pending payouts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Gangsta shall not be liable for any damages, personal injury, or loss of profits arising from your use of the platform or the conduct of any user, online or offline.
We collect your Google Identity Data (Email, Name, Photo) solely for account creation. We never store your passwords.
Broadcasters must provide "Precise Location" data to verify their presence at a landmark. This data is only transmitted while the app is active and in "Broadcaster Mode." We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.
Financial data is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc.. Glimpse does not store credit card numbers or bank credentials on its servers. We comply with all PCI-DSS standards via our Stripe integration.
Under GDPR and CCPA standards, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Tapping "Delete Account" in the app settings will trigger an automated wipe of your personal identity data within 24 hours.
Broadcasters are Independent Contractors, not employees of App Gangsta. You are responsible for your own safety, your own equipment, and the payment of all local and federal taxes on your earnings.
Broadcasters receive 50% of the gross revenue generated from their stream viewers. The remaining 50% is retained by Glimpse for platform maintenance, Stripe processing fees, and global infrastructure costs.
Broadcasters must be physically present at the advertised landmark. The use of pre-recorded footage, drones without proper permits, or location spoofing will result in the immediate forfeiture of pending payouts and a permanent ban from the platform.
